package (8 oz) cream cheese

cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)

cup milk

cups shredded cooked chicken

package (1 oz) ranch seasoning salad dressing & recipe mix

                        can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)                                                

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

In large microwavable bowl, add cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened and cheese is starting to melt; add additional 30-second increments as needed. Beat in milk with whisk until mostly smooth; mixture may still be slightly lumpy. Stir in chicken and seasoning mix.

Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into sixths. Gently stir into chicken mixture. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.

Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until golden brown and biscuits are baked through
