Ingredients
8 Chicken breats boneless & shinnless
1 packet dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 Cup Lite Mayo
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
4 T light yogurt spread (like brummel & brown)melted
Preparation
Crush Ritz crackers in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin. Mix cracker & dry dressing & place in a pie plate. Put mayo in a bowl;set aside. Wash & pat dry chicken with a paper towel. Wash hands. Brush each breast with mayo on all sides. Then dip each breast in cracker mix pressing to hold crumbs well. Place in oven-proof dish. Add 1/2 c water without touching chicken. Drizzle chicken with melted spread. Bake at 375 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown.
