Ingredients
1.Shelled, deveined raw shrimp (medium-sized; approx. 15 shrimp per salad)
2.2 TBLS. olive oil
3.1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4.Salad greens (lettuce, spinach)
5.Sliced or minced carrots, celery, onion, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes,green peppers
6.Prepared from scratch (Hidden Valley Brand) or purchased ranch salad dressing
Preparation
Prepare salad ingredients and place in large bowls. Saute shrimp in olive oil and garlic until pink and drain. Put shrimp on top of salad and add ranch dressing to taste.
