Ingredients
Chili Con Carne Homemade or canned.
Cornbread. Thin and spicy is better but any will work.
Hamburger patties. 1 for each person should be plenty. Good quality lean ground chuck is best.
Shredded cheese and diced onions for topping if you use.
Preparation
So simple! Prepare the chili and cornbread as per directions.
Cook burgers to taste.
Place slab of cornbread, as big as the burger, on a plate. ½ inch high cornbread seems to work best.
Place burger on cornbread.
Place chili on burger and cornbread.
Add toppings if you wish and enjoy! You may never have a regular chiliburger again.
