Ingredients
1C Butter
1C White Sugar
1C Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Almond Flavoring
2C sifted Flour (sift after measure)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2C Oatmeal
1C Coconut
2C Corn Flakes
1/2 C Slivered Almonds
Preparation
Cream the butter and sugars. Mix all liquid ingredients (eggs, vanilla, flavoring) together. Sift all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt) together, separately. Add liquid ingredients to the creamed butter/sugars. Add the mixed dry ingredients to the liquid/creamed butter/sugar mixture. Fold in the oatmeal, coconut, corn flakes and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. (Times will vary based on oven.)
