one pint of vanilla ice cream

confectionary sugar

Preparation

Place bottom layer of cake on foil or in a pan of same size. Sprinkle half the rasberries and half the ice cream on cake and top with cake. Repeat with remaining rasberries and ice cream. top with remaining cake Wrap with foil and freeze for 4 hours or over night. Take out 30 minutes before serving and dust with confectionary sugar
