sheet frozen puff pastry (from 17.3-oz box), thawed

tablespoons raspberry preserves

3

oz Brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes

Preparation

Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.

Spread puff pastry on work surface. Cut into 12 squares, 4 rows by 3 rows. Divide raspberry preserves and Brie cheese evenly among squares, placing in center of each.

Working with 1 square at a time, gather sides up diagonally, pressing gently to seal. Place on cookie sheet.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
