Ingredients
3 cups fresh raspberries
2 whole eggs plus 2 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 T. kirsch
1 cup milk
1/3 cup melted sweet butter
confectioners’ sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the whole eggs, yolks and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add the flour and mix in the baking powder, kirsch, milk and melted butter. Arrange the raspberries in the bottom of an ovenproof gratin dish. Pour the egg mixture over the berries and bake for 35 mins or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool and serve at room temperature.
