Ingredients
1 lg. pkg. of raspberry jello
1/2 of water in directions, boiling
1 pkg. frozen raspberries, slightly thawed, and drained
1 pt. strawberry low-fat ice cream, or frozen yogurt, slightly thawed
1 pt. no fat sour cream
1 container low fat “cool whip”
shaved chocolate
fresh raspberries
Preparation
Dissolve jello inboiling water stir, chill until partially set. Mix in: raspberries,ice cream,sour cream, chill until set. Top with cool whip, chocolate, and fresh raspberries.
