Ingredients

2" cubes of fresh salmon, skewered.

1 orange & 1 yellow bell pepper, (cored, seeded, and cut into 8 sections each)…skewered.

1 bottle raspberry salad dressing (do not use reduced or non-fat)

Preparation

marinate the salmon chunks and the bell pepper sections in separate containers with the raspberry dressing for 15-30 minutes.

Be sure to skewer the salmon so that it’s on it’s own skewers, and the bell peppers on their own skewers (alternating yellow & orange).

Grill 5-8 minutes (until salmon moist but cooked), turning half-way through.
