Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Grand Marnier

Preparation

Drain raspberries and reserve juice. Combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice; puree in processor or blender. Strain. Add liqueur and as much raspberry juice as needed for desired consistency.

Notes: I think it would be fine to serve the sauce with some seeds in it, but in order to get all the seeds out, I strain it twice, and the second time I use a very fine sieve. I add about 1/3 of the reserved juice to the sauce.
