Ingredients

1 C sugar

3/4 C butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/3 C coconut

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 C + 1 T flour

10 oz jar raspberry preserves

1/2 C chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Mix all ingredients except nuts and jam together. Spread 2/3 of mixture in a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Spread jam over. Mix remaining batter with nuts and sprinkle over so that jam shows through. Bake 30-45 min at 350. Let cool before cutting.
