Ingredients

2 cups cubed raw apples

1 egg

1/4 cup oil

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup raisins and walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Put apples into mixing bowl and break egg over them. Stir. Then add oil, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins/walnuts. Mix. Add flour, baking soda, and salt, then mix well. Pour into 9" square pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
