Ingredients:

1 bunch of Kale

1-2 Red Bell Peppers

1-2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup tamari sause or soy sause

1/4 apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup whole raw cashews

sea salt to taste

Lime juice to taste

Preparation

Directions:

Divide Kale into pieces and place in dehydrator.

Mix ingredients 2. - 7. together in blender until mixed.

Drizzle kale with mixture.

Dehydrate approx. 8 hrs. or until desired crispieness.
