Ingredients

1 medium, very-ripe banana

8 tbsp coconut butter

4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/16 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Spread the mixture onto wax paper.
  3. Refrigerate the slab overnight or freeze for a few hours.
  4. Cut the slab into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Store the extra in the refrigerator.
