Ingredients
2-3 tomatoes roughly diced
2different coloured capiscum
1 300g can coconut cream
2 med red onions finely diced
2 lg skinless and boneless white fillet fish like snapper
lemon juice
salt n’ pepper
Preparation
- cut your fish into chunky cubes, place in a plastic container,season and squeeze two lemons over it, cover and place in fridge for 30mins or more 2.add your tomatoes, capiscum and onions to fish.
- add coconut cream and combine, place back in the fridge for 30 mins
