Ingredients
15 Baby Carrots
1/4 Cup Cilantro
2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Full Stalks of Celery
1/8 cup of Feta Cheese
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
Put all the vegetables, feta cheese, vinegar and oil in a food processor (or shred by hand) and blend until finely chopped. Add to cooked quesadillas and enjoy!
