Ingredients

8 oz. Jar Roasted Red Peppers, drained and rinsed

8 oz. Jar Sundried Tomatoes, drained and rinsed

3 cloves garlic

1 fresh jalapeno, seeded

2 bunches green onions, white part only

1 bunch cilantro, leaves only

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Pat dry red peppers and tomatoes. Place in food processor and process until fine. Add garlic, jalapeno, onions, cilantro to food processor and mix until combined. Add cream cheese, process until well blended. Add cumin and salt. Mix well.
