Ingredients

2 sq. Bakers unsweetened chocolate

6 T water

1/2 c sugar

dash of sea salt

3 T butter

1/4 t real vanilla extract

Preparation

Melt chocolate in water over very low heat or double boiler. Add sugar and salt. Cook until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add butter and vanilla - stir vigorously. Recipe may be doubled Sauce may be stored in airtight container and reheated for 1 month
