10 oz frozen strawberries with juice

8 oz crushed pineapple

6 oz frozen lemonade

7-Up

Preparation

  1. Mix above and freeze in cottage cheese type containers.

  2. When ready to use, mix 1 2L bottle of 7-up for every 2 containers of frozen mixture.
