Ingredients
600ml full cream
3 cups cheese- grated mozzerella
1 spring onion
1/2 onion
300 grams of bacon pieces
400gm of fettuccini
Preparation
Cut spring onions and onion into small chunks and put in fry pan with the bacon pieces,put pasta on heat in water to cook.Heat fry pan with a little splash of oil and saute until onions are transparent then add cream and 2 cups of cheese stir constantly until cheese melts and it thickens the cream then serve with pasta, do not allow to boil, only simmer lightly. serve with cheese grated on top. yum
