Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 water
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
For Caramel Topping
1/3 stick of butter
20 pieces of caramel
small handful of chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 butter and flour a small square pan. Add butter, water, and sugar in a medium sauce pan until it boils and add the chocolate chips. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook for 15-20 minutes
If you want to add the caramel topping… melt the butter, caramel, and chocolate chips in a small pan until it is all melted and blended. Drizzle over top of the brownies after they come out of the oven and allow to cool. ENJOY!
