Ingredients
4 fillets red snapper
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
juice of 1/4 lime
1/2 cup white wine (cheap is good)
dash of soy sauce
pinch of pepper to taste
tablespoon seasoning salt
1/4 cup fresh crushed garlic
fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fillets in baking dish. Pour white wine over the fillets. Pour all other liquids over the fillets before dry and other ingredients are added. Put all chopped and dry ingredients evenly over the fillets except for parsley. Leave parsley to sprinkle after the fish is cooked and just before serving the dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes…..take out, sprinkle parsley topper and serve! Bonne Appetit!
