Ingredients
1 smallchopped onion
1 stalk chopped celery
oil to saute
2 cans undrained red kidney beans
salt
pepper
cayenne pepper
chili powder
cumin
Kilbasa polish sausage
Ham (center cut sliced ham 1" thck)
Preparation
-Saute onion and celery in oil -Add 2 cans of beans and spices (to taste) and simmer for 1 hour -In separate pan, saute sausage and ham (no oil needed) and drain off any grease -Add meat to beans and simmer another 30 minutes
