Ingredients

2 tbsp thai Kitchen brand red curry paste

2 tbsp veg oil

24 med shrimp, peeled

24 basil leaves

Preparation

Preheat broiler. Stir together paste, oil, 1/8 tsp salt, spread on broiler pan. Broil 4 " from broiler for 3 min. Thread on skewer 1 shrimp, 1 basil leaf. Serve warm or room temp.
