Ingredients
$ large baking potatoes
3 stems celery, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 TBS. dill pickle relish
8-10 pimento stuffed green olives, minced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Salt to taste
Maynonnaise
Preparation
Boil Potatoes in deep pot until tender, but not mushy. Drain, cool and peel. Dice. Meanwhile, chop onion and celery and olives and add relish and seasonings. Mix. Add diced potatoes and mix with vegetables and seasonings. Add mayonnaise to mix well. Cover and Refrigerate.
