Ingredients

1 cup cooked red lentils 

1 clove chopped garlic 

1 tablespoon tahini 

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling 

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

Salt and pepper 

Za'atar spice blend 

Preparation

Pulse lentils, garlic, tahini, 3 tablespoons olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spice blend.
