1/4 lb prosciutto - thinly sliced in long thin strips
1 red pepper - long thin slices
1/4 black olives, pitted, halved
tri-color mini farfalle arugala and onion flavor
sweet red pepper sauce
parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
bring water to boil, add pasta, cook to al dente, drain add red pepper to boiling water 2 min before draining gently toss all ingredients together serve with lots of fresh grated parmesan cheese
