Ingredients
Red Wine 1/2 c.
Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 c.
Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 c.
Medium Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
1 bunch Cilantro (smashed)
1 Tbl. Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tsp. Oregano
1 Shallot (sliced)
S&P to taste (about 1 Tbl. total)
1 c. Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Whisk all that stuff together and soak the meat.
