Ingredients
19 oz can Chick Peas
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
1 roasted Red Pepper
2 tsp Tahinni (optional)
3/4 cup Olive Oil
Preparation
In a food processor, add chick peas, lemon juice, roasted red pepper, tahinni (optional). Turn on until coarse paste. Slowly drissle in olive oil, while running, run for 2-3 mins. and serve with pita, or crackers. Makes a nice condiment on sandwiches for a change.
