Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed
3/4 cup sour cream
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
Preparation
Saute onions in olive oil until soft and lightly browned. Stin in roasted red peppers and heat through. Remove skillet from heat; stir in sour cream and dressing mix.
Transfer warm mixture to food processor and puree until smooth.
Serve warm over pork or chicken.
