Ingredients
2 16 oz jars red bell peppers
1 to 2 cloves garlic minced
1 small onion chopped
salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
sour cream
crushed red pepper
Preparation
sautee onion and garlic in small amnt olive oil, drain and set aside, empty 1 jar peppers into blender, add onion and garlic,puree and put into cooking pan. repeat with remaining peppers. heat and add seasonings to taste.
