Ingredients
1/2 c. Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
3 c. Basil
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 c. Romano, grated
1/2 c. Pinenuts, roasted
1/2 c. Olive Oil
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Black Pepper, fresh ground
Preparation
Best if run through a grinder but can be pulse ground in food processor. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
