Ingredients

4 Medium red potatoes, unpeeled, steamed or baked, cut into chunks

1 lb Fresh green beans, lightly steamed

2-4 T olive oil

2 tsp Balsamic vinegar

1/2 C Red onion, thinly sliced

2 Garlic cloves, slivered

2 T Fresh basil, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine potatoes and beans with olive oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, and basil. Salt and pepper to taste.
