Ingredients
3/4 pound small red potatoes, quartered
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tsps grated lemon rind
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
Preparation
Place potatoes in med saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender (about 6 mins). Drain. Combine butter, lemon, oregano, slat, garlic and red pepper in medium bowl and whisk. Add cooked potatoes, toss gently to coat.
