Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. ground sausage
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup dry red wine
1 cup chicken stock
2 bay leaves
1 28 oz. can pureed tomato
2 tbsp sausage seasoning
salt and pepper
Preparation
1.In large skillet on medium heat, saute onion in oil until transparent. Add sausage, sausage seasoning, and garlic and saute on medium heat until sausage is lightly browned. 2. Add paste, wine, stock, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Stir and cook on low for 1 hour.
