Ingredients
1/2 c. Chianti
6 oz. tomato paste
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove; crushed
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper; ground
Preparation
In a small sauce pan mix together Chianti and tomato paste. Add the oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. If using on pizza, let cool before putting on dough.
