Ingredients
Cake
2 1/2 c CAKE flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 c vegetable oil
1 c buttermilk
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
1 T baking soda
1 T coaco
1 t salt
2 oz red food coloring (2 1oz bottles)
Frosting
2 sticks butter, softened
2 8 oz. boxes cream cheese, softened
2 T vanilla
1/2 box Confectioners sugar
Preparation
Cake
Beat all ingredients together on medium speed. Grease and flour 3 8" round cake pans. Bake 325 degrees for 30 mins.
Frosting
Beat all ingredients together. Frost cooled cake.
