(9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated any flavor tortellini

cups frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed

Italian plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise, sliced

(2.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2

cup pizza sauce

2

oz. (1/2 cup) finely shredded mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese blend

Preparation

Cook tortellini in large saucepan as directed on package. Drain; return tortellini to saucepan.

Add spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and pizza sauce; stir gently to mix. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese.
