Ingredients

1 c. of Pino Nior or Shiraz

1/2 Gala Apple (diced)

1/4 c. Sugar

1/2 c. Red Grapes (halved)

1/2 Tbs. Cilantro

2 Tsp. Flour

Preparation

In a sauce pan, on medium heat start cooking apples. Add wine and sugar and bring to a boil. Stire regularly. Add grapes and cilantro and reduce to a simmer. Slowly add flour to thicken. Once at desired thickness, remove from heat and serve immediatly.
