Ingredients
2 ounces red wine, such as pinot noir, grenache, or gamay
1 ounce bitter aperitivo, such as Forthave Red or Aperol
Orange wedge, for garnish
Seltzer water
Preparation
Fill a lowball glass with ice; pour over wine and aperitivo. Top off with seltzer and serve with an orange wedge.
