Ingredients

1 cup of dry red wine

1/2 cup of vinegar

1 cup of salad oil

2 onions quartered

2 cloves of garlic

1-1/2 tea spoons of salt

1 tea spoon of pepper

dash of cayenne

dash of thyme

dash of oregano

Preparation

Combine ingredients in blender and mix. Add marinade to tenderloin in large container or ziplock and refrigerate for 12-24 hrs.Grill tenderloin to desired temp
