Ingredients
30-40 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cups cocoa powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour, all purpose
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Preparation
- Preheat over to 350 F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop peanut butter cups into quarters, set aside.
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Add sugar and cocoa, stir to blend.
- Remove from heat. Stir in eggs and vanilla..
- Mix together flour, salt and baking soda. Stir into chocolate mixture.
- Stir in peanut butter cup pieces.
- Drop by heaping teaspoons onto baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins or until set and edges are firm.
- Cool slightly, remove from cookie sheet to wire rack to cool completely.
