Ingredients
8 cups of water
1/2 a piece of ginger,peeled and cutted into chunks.
a generous handful of fresh or dried mint leaves.
1 lemon in slices.
1 cinnamon stick.
1/2 cup of honey to sweeten
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a pan,and bring it to boil. then count 5 minutes. turn the heat off and drain. while hot sweeten with honey and let it cool and then take it to the fridge. Serve it very cold.
