Ingredients
Cake ingredients:
Box of lemon cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
1 package lemon jello
Frosting:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon, 1 lime and 1 orange
Preparation
Mix cake ingredients well. Put in greased 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at temperature noted on cake mix box.
Cool cake in pan. Once cool, mix powdered sugar and juices together to make frosting. Pour frosting over cake and refrigerate.
Dust cake with powdered sugar before serving. Although tasty the same day as it is made, the cake is best the next day once the frosting has been absorbed.
