Ingredients
4 cucumbers
2 small onions
1 T. celery seed
1 T. dill weed
1 C. sugar
1 C. cider vinegar
Preparation
In a sauce pan heat the sugar, vinegar, celery seed and dill weed. Stir until sugar dessolves. Remove from heat. Pear and cut cucumbers thin. Cut onions in slices. Put sugar, vinegar water into a glass covered dish. Add the onions and cucumbers. Refrigerate and keep cold. Serve drained cucumbers and onions in a dish. Keep the sugar vinegar solution for additional onions and cucumbers.
