Ingredients

1 can ( 1 lb. 11 oz. ) sauerkraut, drained

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing

2 Tbsp. butter

2 pkg. ( 4 oz ) each corned beef shredded or can corned beef

2 cups scredded Swiss cheese

1 can flaky refrigerated biscuits

2 crisp rye crackers, crushed

1/4 Tsp. caraway seed

Preparation

Spread sauerkraut in bottom of 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with tomato slices. Dot dressing and butter. Cover with corned beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. remove from oven and sparate each biscuit into three layers. Slightly overlap layers on beef in 3 rows. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and caraway seed and return to oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
