Ingredients

1 Cup of drained sauerkraut. (squeeeze in paper towel) 2 small packages of Budding corned beef

Diced. 10 ounces of grated swiss cheese. 1 Cup of thousand island dressing. (your preference) 1 loaf of cocktail rye bread

Preparation

Put in slow cooker (I have a small crockpot) and warm until cheese is melted. Serve with snack rye bread
