Ingredients
I box of vegetable broth
1 jar of sauerkraut with juice
4 red potatoes cubed fine
1 large potato
1 can corn
8 ounces of pastrami- chopped
1/2 can evaporated milk
6-8 slices of pumpernickel bread
4-5 ounces shredded swish cheese
Preparation
- Boil veg broth, sauerkraut and potatoes
- remove the large potato and mash with half and half and butter
- Stir mashed potato back into pot
- Add corn and pastrami
- Stir and add evaporated milk
- Add toasted bread pieces and cheese on top.
