Ingredients
2 slices pumpernickel rye
1 large tomato sliced 1/4 in
1/2 C sauerkraut, well drained
1/4 C Reuben’s Russian Dressing
2 slices swiss or soy cheese
2 tbsp butter
Preparation
spread butter to edges of bread, place one slice of bread butter side down in pan layer cheese,tomato slices, sauerkraut and top with Russian dressing, place second slice of bread on top. grill over medium heat for five minutes, flip over, grill another five minutes or until bread is well browned and cheese is melted. serve
